Reporting Values (Conversion)

'Reporting Currency' is automatically set as per T&C's

'Exchange Rate' is pulled from an API containing exchange rates from the past. (The exchange rate goes off the contracts 'Signing Date'

'Total Reporting Annual Value' will calculate using 'Exchange Rate' and 'Total Annual Value'

'Total Contract Value' will work out using 'Signing Date' and 'Expiry Date' how many years the contract is running for and then multiply that by 'Total Reporting Annual Value'

Payment Summary

Here you can add in the 'Payment Frequency', 'Payment Schedule' (Arrears or Advance) and 'Payment Terms'
